Pain in the neck?
Trouble turning your head driving?

Participate in our neck study!

Neck pain and dysfunction are common and can limit a person’s ability to participate in normal daily activities. The study will compare treatment of cervical neck sprain and strain using three standard protocols:

  • Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT)
  • Active Isolated Stretching (AIS)
  • Combined NMT and AIS

Participants must be a patient of QuistMD with a diagnosed cervical strain/sprain, over 18 years old, and prescribed for at least 8 visits with our therapists. Study patients will be charged the usual amount.

The study will take place during 2011 with results available in 2012.

At the end of the study, participants will receive

  • a mini-Trager® therapy session and
  • entry in a drawing for one of five free massages
