Do you accept insurance?
We are opted out of all insurances, so while we do not accept insurance as payment, we will submit to your insurance for you in an attempt to get you reimbursed for your appointment. The amount that you are reimbursed will be determined by your out of network benefits and insurance company.
Do you accept medicare?
No. We are opted out of medicare and you will be required to sign a medicare opt out form before your first appointment. However, if you have a secondary insurance, we can send you forms to submit to your secondary insurance for possible reimbursement.
Can I pay with a credit card?
While you can pay with a credit card, there is a 3% processing fee incurred with credit card payments. You can avoid this by paying with a debit card, check, cash, or Zelle. We do not accept Venmo at this time.
Do you take same-day appointments?
It depends. While you can not book same-day appointments online, give us a call and we can try to get you in if one of our providers has time.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do not take walk-ins, but if you are looking for treatment right away, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.
